Kim Richards was arrested on Thursday, and a short time later, the Beverly Hills Police Department addressed the incident during a press conference.

Kim Richards Busted For 'Drunken Rampage' At The Beverly Hills Hotel

During the conference, the BHPD released new details about the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star's arrest.

"Last night at approximately 1:30 in the morning, Beverly Hills Police Department received a call from the Beverly Hills Hotel on Sunset Boulevard regarding a fight or disturbance," an officer explained, via an E! News report on Thursday. "Our officers responded there and contacted security, at which point security advised us that a lone female who was sitting in the Polo Lounge was disturbing other patrons in the bar, but at some point during the investigation, it was determined that it was Kim Richards."

"We don't know the extent of how long she was there, but once we got there, security made it pretty clear that they wanted her off the premises," the officer continued. "They wanted her to leave the property because of her behavior towards other guest, as well as the fact that she was drinking."

According to the officer, police attempted to escort Richards off of the property upon arrival, but before they could, she entered the bathroom and refused to come out, leading officers to use "minimal force" to remove her.

Richards is due in court on June 10 to address charges of public intoxication, trespassing, resisting an officer and battery on a police officer.
