According to the Daily Mail on Sunday, the mother-of-four was caught having a cigarette break outside the Carlyle Hotel in New York City with her boyfriend, Vito Schnabel.

Dressed in all black, the German beauty can be seen holding up a cigarette in one of the pics while chatting with her rumored beau.

Many fans criticized the model by writing, "Regardless of looks, smokers clothes and breath smell like full ashtrays, yuck!" along with, "Every time I find out that someone smokes, their points go down in my book this fast. Disgusting and idiotic."

Meanwhile, there's a new rumor suggesting that supermodel Klum might be joining the Dance Moms star for the Aussie chart topper's latest music clip.

Klum herself shared a photo of her wearing a white wig on her Instagram account and captioned it with, "Can you guess for who i am shooting new music video?"

Fans immediately guessed that Klum was filming for Sia, although she didn't make any further comments on her social networking page.

So far, Klum has not made any additional comments about the rumors.
