It looks like things continue to look very messy between ex-couple Bethenny Frankel and Jason Hoppy. There's a new report that says Frankel is trying to cast herself as the "victim" in their marriage and that her side of the story is completely inaccurate from the truth.

According to Page Six on Friday, Hoppy's attorney Bernard Clair said in a statement that Frankel is supposedly misguiding her fans in thinking that she was the victim in their marriage. He also denies that Hoppy is after more than the $10,000 in monthly child support that he already gets from the reality television star.

Clair said, "The recent stories . . . are inaccurate and false, seemingly planted by misguided people who wrongly believe that they are furthering Ms. Frankel's newly minted effort to cast herself as a victim, like when she recently called herself 'homeless' on national TV.

He added, "Mr. Hoppy continues to work hard to protect his daughter from what appears to be her mother's inability or unwillingness to put a clamp on uninvited media attention."

If that weren't enough, According to Us Weekly last month, Clair said in another statement that "he and his client were more than a bit surprised and troubled over the personal and private details articulated by Ms. Frankel about the marriage and its demise, and that they were exploring their legal options."

Frankel and Hoppy separated after two years of marriage in December of 2012.
