On Saturday, The Daily Mail reported that couple bought one of the famous Beanie Babies at a car boot sale for 10 euros, but later found out it was worth a lot more.

It turns out that the rare 1st edition Beanie Baby is work 62,500 euros.

According to the report, Leah Rogers and Ryan Flanaghan were selling some of their own toys in the sale when they spotted the bear in another seller's stall.

As a former collector herself, Rogers recognized it as the limited edition Prince Diana Di Beanie Baby which is one of the most sought after in the collection.

When they purchased the bear the couple found out that it was just one of only 100 and that there is another currently on eBay for 62,500 euros.

Now, the young twentysomething couple is planning to sell the bear and put the money toward a down payment on a house, the report said.

"It's so hard for young people to get on the property ladder so we think this could really be a blessing," she said.

The limited edition bear was created in 1997 when the princess died and was created to raise money for the Princess of Wales Memorial Trust. On the tag is a poem that refers to Diana as an angel.
