Kim Richards isn't ready to admit to her wrongdoings -- at least according to a new report.

Following her arrest last week for public intoxication, trespassing, resisting an officer and battery on an officer, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star is said to be in denial about her alleged relapse and incarceration.

“Kim is in denial about the whole event. She is telling people she wasn’t even drinking,” a source close to the Richards revealed, according to a Reality Tea report on Monday. However, according to the Beverly Hills Police Department, Richards was “displaying symptoms of alcohol intoxication including slurred speech and belligerent insolent behavior cursing at the officers and passively resisted arrest.”

Richards was arrested on Thursday at the Beverly Hills Hotel, where she was said to be dining alone. After attempting to lock herself in a bathroom after being cut off by a bartender, the reality star was taken into custody, where she allegedly kicked an officer.

Although Richards' arrest came as a shock to most, the reality star is reportedly refusing treatment, because she doesn't feel she needs any help with her sobriety.

"She doesn't think she needs to [go to rehab]," a source familiar with the situation told PEOPLE Magazine over the weekend. "What's sad is that this isn't her rock bottom."
