Following the Live Playoffs each team was left with three contestants. Now that results are no longer team based, any coach could see their team quickly whittled down to nothing each week. This was a very real fear for Coach Adam Levin and Coach Pharrell Williams on Monday since Tuesday's eliminations could decimate the tiny two-man contingencies.

In order to avoid receiving the boot, each performer can use their Monday night performance to gain the highest public vote, the instant save, or by receiving a voting boost courtesy of landing this week's single in the iTunes top 10.
