While Nick Cannon is open to giving his marriage to Mariah Carey another try, rumors spread on whether she's also willing to take the risk.

Nick Cannon Reportedly 'Flipped Out' After Hearing Mariah Carey Song At Event

Insiders told TMZ over the weekend that Carey does not want to get back with the entertainer. In fact, right now she doesn't want to date anyone. Instead, word is she's focused on her residency that's scheduled to start in Las Vegas in just a few weeks -- plus raising her and Cannon's four-year-old twins. On top of that, she's enjoying a little vacation time in The Bahamas.

The sources spoke out just days after the entertainment news site caught up with Cannon and asked about a possible reconciliation with Carey.

"Yeah, never say never."

As far as advice he has for others who want to enter the love game, he told them, "Go for it! Love hard!"

Cannon hasn't been shy about his willingness to get back with Carey since the two announced their separation just before the holidays last year. Even though he and Carey have been rumored to have started dating other celebrities since then, Cannon made it clear who will always have his heart. And her hesitancy to reunite isn't stopping him.

He told Meredith Vieira Monday (April 20), "It's one of those things, I'm a hopeless romantic too. Through this learning process, you never say never. To me one thing I know, that will always be the love of my life, always be my family and that's never going to change."
