They aren't likely to offer up any photos showing her face anytime soon, but Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds may be dropping a big hint about just who their daughter James looks like.

In an appearance on Live! With Kelly and Michael, Lively dished on her little girl and being a mom, and even admitted that she believes her daughter looks just like Reynolds.

"Does she resemble one of you already?" host Kelly Ripa asked Lively during the show, after looking at photos of the actress as a child.

"I think she looks like her daddy," Lively said, before joking, "I want a maternity test!"

In addition to dishing on her little girl's looks, Lively also revealed how parenthood has changed both her and Reynolds.

"Everything is different. You see a balcony and you're like, 'Oh, my God! The hotel needs to demolish this balcony because my child can't go anywhere near it,'" she said. "Everything is just so much more heightened. We're crying all the time for no reason."

She also laughed about the change in her husband since his last appearance on the show as well--admitting he's now very much into performing diaper duty as a dad.

"The last time when Ryan was here, he smelled like baby powder. He was knee-deep in being a dad," Michael Strahan told her.

"Now he just smells like poop...he's in full diaper duty," she said, admitting that he had a preference to diaper size, saying he "likes the big ones, because they're easier, so her diapers are like up to her chest."
