Sadly for The Walking Dead fans, the AMC hit show is currently on hiatus and due to the fact that viewers were left with a shocking season 5 finale, there's no telling what to expect when the series returns.

'The Walking Dead' Creator Robert Kirkman Spills Secrets About New Season

During season 5, there were lots of shocking deaths and even some reunions, and while show producers can't give away too many details it looks like there are some spoilers to hold fans over until October.

Mstarz reported that a 'spoiler chat' column on E! Online revealed that two new characters will be joining the cast.

According to the site the following message was given to fans as a little spoiler: "Only because we care. Get ready to meet Delvin, a new recurring character who is quite cynical and sarcastic. He's not angry, he just thinks people can be pretty dumb. Another new character we'll see early on is Tucker, a hardworker tough guy who values fairness. Hm..."

The Wrap recently shared more details about the new season after show creator Robert Kirkman and Steven Yeun, who plays the role of Glenn on the show, recently attended the National Associate of Broadcasters show in Las Vegas.

The duo sat down to discuss the reunion between Rick and Morgan and according to the show creator it's a huge deal to have the duo back together and it's going to play a crucial part in the upcoming season.

Kirkman also dished about Yeun's character Glenn and teased that there's "a lot of cool stuff" that goes on with him.
