The NBC competition announced its Top 8 as it said goodbye to Team Adam Levine's Deanna Johnson and Team Christina Aguilera's Rob Taylor following Monday night's performances.

Each singing hopeful had a chance to be saved by the public's vote, the instant save, or by gaining the iTunes bonus for their weekly single. Unfortunately for Johnson and Taylor, neither of these saving graces came their way.

The pair landed in the bottom three along with Team Adam's Joshua Davis but, unlike Davis, their Instant Save performances fell flat. Taylor's rendition of (Sittin' On) The Dock of the Bay and Johnson's take on Help Me Make it Through the Night, while aptly named, did not win the Twitter battle over Davis' I Won't Back Down.

Team Pharrell Williams, however, had a much more successful evening. William's entire contingency managed to find a spot in the iTunes Top 10 - Sawyer Fredericks for her performance of Iris and Koryn Hawthorne for her rendition of Make It Rain.

Find out who will be eliminated next when The Voice airs Mondays and Tuesdays at 8 p.m. ET on NBC.
