Pink worked really hard to drop 55 pounds and it shows.

The 33-year-old got herself in such great shape in just a little over a year after delivering her first child that she landed on the cover of SHAPE magazine.

On the cover of the November 2012 issue of SHAPE magazine, the "Perfect" singer's svelte body shows that hard work really does pay off.

The rock star is wearing a simple black bra and bikini bottom with a net tank top. As if the outfit wasn't revealing enough, the "Get The Party Started" singer raised her top in the photo to flaunt her perfect post-baby body with an enviable six-pack and tight, tones thighs.

In the magazine interview, she confessed that her love for sweets led to the weight gain.

"I ate a lot of cheesecake during those nine months," Pink told the fitness magazine. "Also anything sour, Sour Skittles, Sour Patch Kids, key lime pie."

As for the weight loss process, Pink admitted she refused to "rush" into losing the baby weight. But when she was ready, she initiated the help of celebrity trainers Jillian Michael of "Biggest Loser" fame and Jeanette Jenkins.

"They both kicked my butt more than any other person I've worked out with," said Pink. "They're both amazing, and their bodies were all the inspiration I needed to get back into shape." She committed to work outs six days per week, consisting of cardio, strength training, power yoga and kickboxing. Yowza!"

In addition to working out really hard, the admitted former wild child shared that while she maintains a primarily vegetarian diet, she will occasionally eat lean fish or chicken.

From the looks of the magazine cover, the intense workout sessions and good eating habits has paid off.

Pink is married to professional motor cross driver Carey Hart. The couple met in 2001 and married in 2006. After a rocky off-and-on relationship which was documented in her song and video "So What", the couple gave birth to their daughter, Willow Sage Hart in June, 2011.
