Dancing With the Stars contestant Rumer Willis recently revealed how she got that killer body and how the reality show got her to shape up.

Willis has showcased her body on several occasions through six weeks of Dancing With the Stars, turning into one of the show's frontrunners to win.

While she has always been on the skinny side, it took the show's rigorous competition to really get her into shape.

"I look at myself and I'm like, 'I'm fit! I should be able to do this!'," she told People this week. "Then I'm like, 'No you're not, you're just skinny. You should be at the gym working your legs and working your abs and your back.'"

She has a restricted diet, saying, "I don't really eat dairy, no gluten, and I don't really eat red meat. It's half the reason why I'm in the shape the way I am."

However, she does have her weaknesses that she likes to indulge in once in a while.

"I have a gnarly sweet tooth and I eat a lot of Haribo gummy bears. It's my thing," she admitted. "French fries are my guilty pleasure. I'm such a snob for fries - [I] hunt and search for all the best fries places ever!"

Willis started off the competition strong, receiving the highest score from the judges during Week 1. While she hasn't always had the highest score, she has not really fallen anywhere near the bottom through the competition. She and her partner Val Chmerkovskiy are now among the final seven competitors.

Dancing With the Stars airs Mondays at 8 p.m. ET/PT on ABC.
