In a trailer for the episode to air Sunday, Khloe Kardashian invites Kim out on an international trip to Turkey so they can also visit Armenia.

Kim jumps at the chance and points out, "I've been dying to go."

They have a full conversation as if the oldest of the Kardashian clan, Kourtney, wasn't sitting right next to them.

Kourtney breaks her silence with, "Oh that's nice. Now you wanna take Kim with you so none of you guys can be here?"

Apparently the sisters were planning the trip during the height of Kourtney's pregnancy.

"What if I go into labor early? I need some support. What if Scott happens to not be around? You never know. He's going to Vegas next weekend. If you could not go to Turkey at the same time, that would be great."

Khloe reminds Kourtney that she said just moments earlier she wanted to be in the delivery room alone.

"It's just the point that you don't care to be here," Kourtney confessed. "Stop everything to welcome your new family member?"

They went back-and-forth as Khloe argued that Kourtney said she didn't want anyone to be in the room when she gave birth. But Kourtney said that doesn't mean she shouldn't be in the hospital at all. Kim remained silent during their mini screaming match.
