'Grey's Anatomy' Season 9 Spoilers: [Preview & Promo Video] 'Tension Grows'

"Grey's Anatomy" airs every Thursday on ABC at 9/8c but for those who want to know what to expect in the upcoming episodes, Enstarz put together a collection of spoilers about all our favorite doctors and surgeons. 

The ABC network revealed that in episode three, "Love the One Your With," "tension grows between Jackson and April after they're forced to work together."

In the premiere episode, Chief Hunt tells (April) Kepner he wants her back at the hospital and that she needs to give up her days working on her family farm.

"Nothing is the same over there. It's all...I keep trying to think of ways I could have done things differently. I keep looking for the do-overs. I should never have taken your job from you," he said. "You don't belong out here on a farm. You belong in Seattle, saving lives. Now come home!" 

It might be difficult for her and Jackson to work together again, however, a promotional trailer for the newest episode shows them getting pretty cozy, and even having a make-out session in the hospital. "Tension" ABC claimed? What tension?

A press release for episode four, which airs on Oct. 24, revealed that "things continue to heat up between Jackson and April," however, his mother will be making an appearance at the hospital so that is bound to make things more dramatic between the couple.

Cristina is having a hard time adjusting to the new hospital she works in and we even saw her butt heads with some of the doctors in the season's second episode. However, it has still be unconfirmed by sources if she will make her way to Seattle Grace soon. And as for her relationship with Owen, the show's executive producer, Shonda Rhimes, said that this will be "the season of romance." It is highly likely in that case that the two will rekindle their relationship, especially with the help of Meredith, who is trying to get Cristina over her fear of flying. However, in the past two episodes that aired this season we see that they are not even within miles of each other. 

The trailer for episode three shows Derek and Meredith making out but their marriage has a new found strain since McDreamy can no longer operate like his old self, after badly injuring his hand in last season's plane crash.

The press release for episode four also stated the following:

"Aware that Derek might never operate again, Meredith stops talking about the surgeries she's performing."

The secrets cannot be a call for a healthy marriage and a trailer for the episode shows them arguing. We already saw Derek throw a tantrum in front of Callie in the premiere episode after his hand went numb when he was trying to operate.
