On Sunday, TMZ reported that Wayne performed at Compound nightclub and shortly after around 3:30am shots were fires as his two tour buses pulled away from the club.

Apparently, a few other Young Money execs and artists -- like Weezy, Lil Twist and Hood -- were in attendance and aboard the buses at the time of the shooting.

According to the report, no one was injured and it's unclear if Wayne was aboard the tour bus that was shot.

Law enforcement officials stated that after the shooting, the tour bus was driven to a nearby hotel and the police were called.

Apparently, witnesses on the bus didn't seem to see much and that the only description of the suspects that they could give was that the shooters were in 2 white vehicles; a sports car and a SUV.

According to Rolling Stone, the shooting comes only 10 days after Lil Wayne was sued by a former tour bus driver. The driver reportedly accused the rapper of intimidating him with a gun during his 2014 summer tour.

The report said that the rapper, gun in hand, threatened to "pistol-whip and then shoot" the driver after he stopped to refuel outside of Buffalo, NY. The driver is suing Lil Wayne for false imprisonment, assault and emotional distress.
