Following the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star's claims that Charalambopoulos assaulted her in a Houston hotel room, Charalambopolous has fired back with a slew of allegations against the mother of two.

In his latest court documents, which were obtained by Daily Mail Online on Tuesday, Charalambopoulos claimed Grammer hired a look-a-like in an effort to stage a probation violation, and have him thrown behind bars.

After months of dating, and a handful of appearances on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Grammer claimed Charalambopoulos attacked her in a hotel room, where she was recovering from a hysterectomy. However, those charges didn't stand up in court, and the couple's back-and-forth legal battle has continued in the years since.

For Grammer's part, she "explained in court documents that Charalambopoulos, 38, had a drinking problem and often embarrassed her by doing such things as cramming hot dogs down her throat in front of friends, putting a penis ring - a sex toy - on her finger when she was sedated in the hospital and various other indecent acts," according to Daily Mail Online.

Charalambopoulos, meanwhile, "obtained text messages that Camille sent to a reporters for two entertainment websites in which she talked to them 'off the record' and gave details about an alleged assault by Dimitri."

He is suing Grammer for defamation, malicious prosecution, fraud and more.
