Over two years after she was diagnosed with Lyme disease, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star continues to battle the disease, and travel around the globe, speading awareness and receiving treatment.

On Tuesday, Foster returned to Instagram, telling fans of her daughter's latest magazine pictorial, and sharing a photo from the publication.

"Sunshine on my cloudy day....... #STRENGTH #ProudMommy @gigihadid @adweek," she wrote, along with Gigi Hadid's Ad Week photo.

In her Bravo blog earlier this month, which marked the last of season five, Foster opened up about her struggles, and apologized to fans for her early exit from the reunion.

"My world has become very small. I have moved into an apartment with my husband and son in order to have a more manageable scope of responsibilities while I recover slowly and learn to take life one day at a time," she explained.

"Getting well is my full-time job these days," Foster continued. "It took me a while to learn the true meaning of patience and surrender, but I have finally accepted that healing doesn’t happen on our schedule. It doesn’t have a clock or a calendar."

Foster has not yet confirmed whether or not she'll be participating in the upcoming sixth season of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.
