Actress Elsa Pataky is gearing up for a charity event with a new video that shows off her physical work.

On Tuesday, the wife of Thor actor Chris Hemsworth took to Instagram to show off her hard skills in her athletic abilities. She sits with her legs out in front of her and pushes up with her hands to do some graceful kicks. In this exercise, she shows her strong ability to hold her balance as well as the muscles she has in her legs.

Chris Hemsworth Reveals Where He Wants His Kids To Grow Up

According to this charity's website, the event will have a number of celebrities participating in challenges to help contribute to players' foundations. One place will benefit towards handicapped children while another offers aid to to families and provides education for younger people.

Pataky and her husband have three children together: daughter, India, 2, and twin boys, Tristan and Sasha, 1.

In an interview with Australia's Daily Telegraph, Hemsworth talked about moving back to his continent down under from Los Angeles.

"It's the first time in years I've felt like I have a home again," the actor said, posted on Hello Magazine. "For ten years, I've had no base and led to a pretty nomadic existence. Since we moved back, I feel much more grounded, and I like that."
