Her secret about being transgender has been weighing heavily on her, but Maya's (Karla Mosley) resolve to tell Rick (Jacob Young) the truth could be slowly dwindling away on The Bold and the Beautiful.

Maya Interrogates Wyatt

Rick has continually stressed how important complete honesty is to him in his relationship, making the secret she has kept from him all the more potentially damaging to Maya's hopes and plans for a future with the Forrester CEO. But though she promised to share the truth if and when he proposed to her, she will suddenly find herself potentially considering keeping the secret even longer, after Nicole (Reign Edwards) warns her of what she may lose if she is honest.

"You can' tell Rick you're transgender unless you're ready to lose it all," Nicole says to her big sister in a preview clip for the Wednesday, April 29 episode.

Someone Else Learns Maya's Secret

Maya may still insist that she needs to do the right thing however, especially since it means she can't bear Rick's children or get pregnant, but Nicole will insist she reconsider, stressing that she believes they'll be able to keep the secret hidden forever.

"Don't be foolish. We'll keep it quiet and he'll never have to know," Nicole assures her sister.

The change of opinion in whether or not Maya should be honest is something new for Nicole, who initially used her knowledge about Maya's past as leverage in an attempt to have a more sisterly relationship with her--but the attempts to convince her sister to keep quiet could backfire on both of them.

To their knowledge, the only other person who knows the truth is Carter (Lawrence St. Victor), who has thus far kept the secret. What they don't fully realize however is that Liam (Scott Clifton) and Wyatt (Darin Brooks) are getting to closer to figuring out the truth as well--nor are they aware that Pam (Alley Mills) and Charlie (Dick Christie) have also figured out the truth--and could spill it at anytime.

The Bold and the Beautiful airs Monday-Friday at 1:30 p.m. on CBS.
