She hasn't trusted the woman who's claimed to be Jake's (Billy Miller) wife since the minute she came into town, and now, Carly (Laura Wright) could crack the entire mystery wide open on General Hospital.

Her suspicions that something wasn't right were proven after Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) revealed the person he believed was paying Hayden (Rebecca Budig) off was the same man in the doctored wedding photo she used as proof she and Jake were married, and now , with contact info in tow, Carly will track down the man and find a way to get him to confide in her--hoping to reveal his intentions in the process.

"I want to give you a job!" she shouts through a closed door in a preview clip for the Wednesday, April 29 episode.

Though Carly has had her suspicions, she hasn't been able to link Hayden's behaviors to Ric (Rick Hearst), who she believes might be behind the whole scenario in an attempt to guarantee he could be with Liz (Rebecca Herbst) once again.

What she doesn't know is that her hunches are all correct--and if she could only track down Hayden's current location she would have the confirmation she needed, as Hayden is threatening to expose Ric's role in the situation now.

"Time to pay up lover boy," she says to Ric in the clip.

However, Ric's daughter, Molly (Haley Poulos) is actually happy that Liz has given her father another chance--though she also doesn't know the lengths he went to to ensure he'd get his way.

"I am so happy you decided to give my dad another chance," Molly says in the clip.

General Hospital airs Monday-Friday at 3 p.m. on ABC.
