Talk show Wendy Williams has received a lot of heat after she dissed reality star Bruce Jenner about his decision to air a two-hour 20/20 interview about his decision to transition to a woman.

Wendy Williams Calls Bruce Jenner A 'Fame Whore' Amid Sex Change Interview News

Last week on her show, Williams said that she feels "duped" by Jenner because of the passive role he took on during Keeping Up With The Kardashians only for viewers to learn that he's been putting on a front because he's a 'fame whore' just like the rest of the family.

"If this wasn't an obligation for my career, I wouldn't even watch," Williams said to her live audience.

Since Jenner's interview, Williams has had a little change of heart about the former gold medal Olympian.

"I must say, I cried the whole time [watching the interview]. I'm happy for Bruce. I'm happy for anybody who can live in their own truth," said Williams, adding that, "He is brave because his life will never be the same... He'll be hunted like a wild dog for the rest of his life."

While the talk show host may be happy for Jenner, she still says that she still thinks he's being "deceptive," because she believes the reality star is "really is a fame-hungry person like the rest of the [Kardashian] family."

Williams also expressed that she very surprised by Jenner's decision to air the live interview because he always appeared to be "the one who didn't want to be bothered."
