While the intervention Dr. Phil had with Bobbi Kristina Brown's boyfriend, Nick Gordon, is now seen as an infamous part of her ordeal, the television personality was reportedly livid that news of the sit-down with Gordon even got out before he wanted it to.

So livid that he fired the employee who leaked the news of the interview to the public.

The Hollywood Reporter broke the news in its May 8 issue and revealed that Dr. Phil went on a rampage to find out who told a British newspaper about his interview with Gordon before he announced it.He went as far as getting his entire staff together, including the Human Resources department, to get his employees to spill the beans. But that still didn't do the trick. So he let it go. But a female worker's guilt might have been getting to her because she admitted she did the dirty work.

She was immediately fired and walked out of the offices in the CBS building.

A spokesperson also told the magazine, "A member of our team stole a story and was dismissed. We take our show content and process extremely seriously and have zero tolerance for stealing proprietary information."

Dr. Phil interviewed Gordon and his mother, Michelle, last month. But it turned into much more than in interview when Nick broke down about Brown's current health condition. He also admitted that he blamed himself for not being able to save her life and confessed his struggle with alcohol. Dr. Phil suggested he get help in rehab, which he did. He left the treatment center a few days ago.

Meanwhile, Brown is still in a rehab center in Atlanta after she was found unconscious in her bathtub on Jan. 31.
