Ashley Greene Red Hair: Dyes Hair in Fiery Red Hue

Twilight star Ashley Greene has debuted a brand new hair color - in fiery red. The 25-year-old actress, who plays vampire Alice Cullen in The Twilight Saga franchise, had tweeted Friday "@JasonBacke is working some magic on my hair at the @tedgibson salon. It's going to be crazy and exciting. :)"

Greene sported the new hair color in New York City. It is not known whether she dyed it for a new role. However, the actress is scheduled to be busy as she gears up to promote the last installment in The Twilight Saga franchise - Breaking Dawn - Part 2.

After completing the filming of Breaking Dawn - Part 2, Greene spoke to Too Fab about what she would like to do in the future. "I'd love to play a villain at some point; I think it would be really fun and the polar opposite of Alice," she said. "The great thing about Alice is that she is so loveable. I feel like it's in advantage because now I can take on other characters and people will realize that that's not just who I am."

Despite the Twilight series coming to an end, Greene is keeping herself busy with other projects. Her latest movie "Butter" arrived in theaters Oct. 5. In the film, the Twilight star is seen making out with co-star Olivia Wilde, who plays a stripper. "She is a good kisser," Greene told E! in February about Wilde. "And I would know this because we had to do several takes."
