As Rosie O'Donnell continues with an ugly custody battle with her soon to be ex-wife Michelle Rounds, the celebrity's former partner is not going down without a fight.

On Friday, TMZ posted a video with Rounds as she was leaving a drug store in Los Angeles. She revealed that she is not the one who apparently told the site about O'Donnell indulging wine and weed. But there's a little more she added that sounded a bit threatening.

"All I know is I didn't say that, but the truth will prevail in court," Rounds said. "The truth will come out."

The woman also pointed out how going through this split is so difficult since her ex has more power than she does due to her fame.

"Divorce is really hard. But imagine going through a divorce with a celebrity, someone who's very, very powerful, someone who has all the media and the publicists and all that behind them," Rounds said. "I'm just a normal person. I'm just David vs. Goliath. I don't know, I don't understand it."

Whatever happens in the end, all Rounds wants is for her two-year-old daughter to be with her.

"Honestly, I used to be afraid of Rosie, but I'm not afraid of Rosie anymore because I want what's best for Dakota," the comedian's former lover said. "And what's best for Dakota is to be with me, I am the better mother. Dakota should be with me."
