Cady McClain has been portraying Kelly Andrews on The Young and the Restless since last April and she has brought such a twistedly liveliness to the role.

Will Kevin Fisher Wind Up Being Gay On 'The Young and the Restless'?

Currently, McClain's character's storyline involves holding Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) captive by tying him to a bed with help from Victor Newman (Eric Braeden).

Last week the actress dished a bit on Kelly on her Facebook.

Romance On 'The Young and the Restless' About To Get Really Complicated?

"A LOT has been going on," she shared in regard to the characters' storylines on The Young and the Restless especially when it comes to her own character's storyline.

"Right now all I can say is it's about to get really, really intense on the air shows. And it's worth watching. It's like nothing I've ever acted or been involved with story-wise before," she revealed.

She also noted she's well aware of how complicated her character is, which "drives some people crazy."

She just requested that if anyone writes hateful words about Kelly on social media that she isn't tagged since she forms an attachment to all of her characters.

"[M]y work means something to me. I hold the characters I get to create close to my heart. Maybe that's 'over-sensitive' of me but I don't know how else to be without turning into a hard woman. And I'm already tougher than I want to be," she said.

It sounds like the actress is preparing fans for a huge shocker in the storyline for her character that might stir up a lot of angry reactions.

The Young and the Restless airs on weekdays at 12:30 p.m. ET on CBS.
