Simply put, Sofia Vergara is thinking what the rest of us are thinking. The Hollywood actress recently opened up about her ex-fiancé Nick Loeb's lawsuit against her over their frozen embryos, admitting that it "makes no sense" on her end.

Speaking to Howard Stern, Vergara, who broke up with the businessman early last year, hinted that Loeb might have some sort of agenda against her and that she also wants to resolve this as peacefully as possible.

Apparently, Loeb wants to bring their two embryos to term and raise them as a single father while Vergara thinks its best to keep them frozen indefinitely, considering the fact that they are no longer together.

She said, "It makes no sense. A child needs a loving relationship of parents that get along, that don't hate each other...I don't hate him but he obviously has a problem with me! A kid needs parents. I wouldn't imagine anyone saying that it's sane to bring to the world kids that are already set up, everything wrong for them. It would be so selfish."

When asked about Loeb's legal standing against her, Vergara shrugged it off, saying that he should have considered all the ramifications while they were still together.

She added, "There is law. You signed papers, legal papers, and if it was so serious for him, this issue - which I totally respect it is serious for someone - then you should have taken it more serious at the time like I did...there is a contract."

Vergara and Loeb broke up in early 2014 after several years of being on-again, off-again. The actress is now in a relationship with actor Joe Manganiello.
