Netflix's Orange Is the New Black scored a pair of key nominations at the Critics' Choice Television Awards, but one actress who won last year was tragically snubbed.

The Critics' Choice Television Awards announced their nominations for the 2014-15 TV season Wednesday and plenty of shows were represented. Notably, Orange Is the New Black was considered a drama series after the Emmy ruling earlier this year.

Orange Is the New Black is nominated for Best Drama Series alongside such great shows as FX's The Americans and Justified, Fox's Empire, HBO's Game of Thrones, CBS's The Good Wife and Showtime's Homeland.

The show also received one acting nomination. Lorraine Toussaint, who played malevolent villain Vee in season 2 of the series, was nominated Best Supporting Actress in a Drama Series. Her competition includes Carrie Coon from HBO's The Leftovers, Christine Baranski from The Good Wife, Joelle Carter from Justified, Katheryn Winnick from History's Vikings and Mae Whitman from NBC's Parenthood.

Most notably, however, is that Uzo Aduba (Suzanne "Crazy Eyes" Warren) was not nominated this year despite winning at the award ceremony last year. However, this was when the show was considered a comedy series and with Suzanne being one of the funnier characters on the series, it's possible that her performance wasn't considered dramatic enough.

Show lead Taylor Schilling was also left off of the the nomination list, but it's hard to fault the awards group considering they nominated such dynamic actresses as Eva Green, Taraji P. Henson and Viola Davis.

The Critics' Choice Television Awards will be held on Sunday, May 31 at 8/7c and broadcast live on A&E.
