Donald Trump posted a video on his Twitter page revealing his big announcement about President Barack Obama. In the video, he put the president up for a challenge.

Trump asked the president to hand over all his college records and applications, and passport records and applications to prove that he was born in the United States. If he does so, by Oct. 31 at 5 p.m., Trump will donate $ 5 million to a charity of Obama's choice. Trump will send out a check immediately after Obama releases the papers.

Trump said the following in the video:

"All he has to do to collect five million dollars for a charity of his choice, is get his universities and colleges to immediately give his complete applications and records and also to release his passport information. When he does that to my satisfaction, the check will be delivered immediately.

"A lot of people will be very, very happy to see this happen. Frankly it's a check that I very much want to write. I absolutely will be the most happy of all if I did, in fact, make this contribution through the President to a charity of his choice."

"The American people will be happy and the selected charity will be very, very happy," he added. Again, Obama's deadline to turn over the papers Trump is asking for is Oct. 31 by 5 p.m.

When teasing about his announcement on Monday on "Fox and Friends," Trump said it is "large, bordering on gigantic" and includes "something very, very big concerning the president of the United States." He also added that "it could change the course of the election."

Trump has not hidden the fact that he is not an Obama supporter. He tweeted on Tuesday, "If you like having the world collapse and being told America is leading from behind--vote Obama." He also added that he wished Gov. Mitt Romney was "more aggressive" in Monday's final presidential debate agains the democrat.

Among his Facebook updates posted on Monday, one included "Stop congratulating Obama for killing Bin Laden. The Navy Seals killed Bin Laden."
