Hawaii Five-0's Steve McGarrett can't escape his partner's matchmaking schemes.

'NCIS: LA' Season 6: Can Callen Separate Personal & Professional? Hetty Cautions In New Promo

Kono's (Grace Park) wedding is fast approaching and Danno (Scott Caan) is loath to see Steve (Alex O'Loughlin) hanging at the singles table. It's been a year since Catherine (Michelle Borth) left for Afghanistan, and the detective will spend the two-part finale attempting to find his pal a date.

McGarrett, however, doesn't think this is such a hot idea.

"I was with Catherine for a long time, okay? I'm good at the moment. I'm fine. I'm not ready to jump into anything with someone else, that's all," the former Navy SEAL says in a "Luapo'I (Prey)" sneak peek (see video below).

Imagine his surprise when Catherine herself pops back up in Friday's second episode, "A Make Kaua (Until We Die)." Not that the long-time couple will have much time to play catchup - a nuke is on the loose, and hundreds of thousands of lives are on the line.

The two-episode finale will kick off at 8 p.m. ET on May 8. The evening will open with some shocking news from Danny's ex-wife during "Luapo'I" as Five-0 takes on a wanted killer and a bounty hunter. The events of "A Make Kaua" will take place a week later, despite it's 10 p.m. airtime, and will showcase the team's efforts to stop a nuclear attack just hours before Kono and Adam's big day.
