Agents of SHIELD's Lance Hunter will pull out all the stops when it comes to rescuing his ex-wife from the clutches of Grant Ward.

Bobbi (Adrianne Palicki) and Hunter (Nick Blood) have an on-again off-again relationship marred by secrets and betrayal, but that won't keep Blood's character from throwing himself full throttle into Mockingbird's rescue mission.

"That's going to be something that will test how much he cares," Blood informed Entertainment Weekly. "It's easy to say you hate someone and you don't care about them when they're not under any threat, but the moment they are, all of a sudden it's very real how you feel about them...Lance is going to want to seek vengeance for what's happened to Bobbi."

Well, Hunter, you have a two-hour finale in which to tack down Ward (Brett Dalton), Kara (Maya Stojan), and Bobbi unless Marvel plans to leave one agent stranded over the summer hiatus. Be sure to pack Mockingbird's batons, Lance, because she probably wants to kick Ward's behind even more than you do.
