Ciara is back and according to a lot of music critics, better than ever. The chart topper has recently revealed why she dedicated her latest album to her mother, Jackie.

In a new interview with Fuse.tv on Friday, Ciara opens up about her latest studio offering, why it's the most meaning for her and how even the sexier tracks can all relate back to her mom.

She said, "I was inspired to title album Jackie because now, being a new mom, I know what it's like to be in her shoes and see things from her eyes. It was the most fitting thing to mark this really special time of my life an walking into motherhood and womanhood at the same time. In a sense, I am a mini Jackie."

Ciara added, "I'm also very expressive in a way that I've never been before. And I feel like that is my mom's personality in me. She's a very strong, tough vocal woman too. I really believe you have to say what you want in this world to get it and that's how my mom was."

Meanwhile, Ciara is getting rather frisky while promoting her album on tour. She apparently gave a male fan a lap dance he'll never forget while kicking off her tour in Chicago this past week.

According to Billboard on Tuesday, Ciara apparently asked a male fan to come onstage with her. Two backup dancers held the man's hands back while she apparently gave him a lap dance that he won't be forgetting anytime soon.

Ciara will be hitting several cities across the country, including New York, Boston, Atlanta, Miami, Dallas and San Diego, before wrapping up her tour in San Francisco on May 31.
