As rumors continue to swirl in regard to the upcoming seventh season of The Real Housewives of New Jersey, Gorga took to Instagram, where she revealed she was going under the knife.

Gorga and the cast of The Real Housewives of New Jersey are currently in hiatus, as they await decisions on casting.
Since Teresa Giudice entered prison on Jan. 5 to serve a 15-month term, which will reportedly keep her behind bars until December of this year, rumors have continued to circulate regarding what action Bravo would take for the new season. Would they move on without her? Would they wait for her release?
According to Giudice's lawyer, James J. Leonard, Giudice will likely be seen on the upcoming show, but it's hard to tell whether she will be featured full-time throughout the series.
"Anyone who has watched that show since the very first episode understands that Teresa Giudice is the central figure around which the show revolves," Leonard explained to PEOPLE Magazine at the end of April. "That’s not to take anything away from any of the other women, but Teresa has been the focal point for the last six seasons, and I don’t expect that to change moving forward, assuming both sides can agree on a contract.”
