An exciting new Fast and Furious theme park attraction is being added to Universal Studios Hollywood on June 25.

The Wire's Idris Elba To Join Fast and Furious 8?

Fast and Furious: Supercharged will put fans in the driver's seat and make believe for a brief while. In a press statement announcing the launch, Vin Diesel, who plays Dominic Toretto in the film series dished about how fans will get to finally experience what they do while filming for the Furious series.

"Once you go on the ride, it's an opportunity to physically feel some of the adrenaline that we feel everyday while we're filming," Diesel said.

Entertainment Weekly reports that the rides will be set to 120 miles/hour and will feature some of the mega stars from the franchise like Diesel, Dwayne Johnson and Michelle Rodriguez.

In a promo clip for the new attraction Universal Creative's show producer Chick Russell revealed that they were aiming to give the visitors the experience of being "driven into a Fast and Furious film."

"They're going to have the heat of fire flying at you," Rodriguez said. "It's really a sensory driven experience, so, I can't wait to see what happens."

"I get a chance to become Luke Hobbs and kickass all in 3D," Johnson said about his experience working on creating the experience for the theme park attraction.

Fast and Furious 8 will release on April 15, 2017.

Furious 7 hit theaters on April 3, 2015.
