Braxton Family Values is slated to return to WeTV in just a couple of weeks and the network has dropped another sneak peek of what is arguably the most dramatic season yet.

While it’s no secret there’s often tension between all five of the famous sisters, Toni and Tamar Braxton are the ones going head-to-head in this clip. But fortunately this time it’s all in good fun.

The two singers discuss their mother, Miss Evelyn’s upcoming surgery. It’s still not clear what’s going on with her but Toni and Tamar are both pretty nervous about her being put to sleep to get the operation.

Toni attempted to explain the process to Tamar and said they had to go through the “jugular.”

Tamar makes it clear she thinks Toni is using the word incorrectly as Tamar thought the word had a completely different meaning; which isn’t necessarily the most appropriate.

“You know get ‘em in the jugular. That’s mommy’s word. Everybody knows that. They grabbed you by your jugular. Got you by your jugular.”

Given what Tamar thought jugular meant, it’s pretty surprising that Miss Evelyn would use that word frequently.

So Toni chimes in and reveals, “I don’t think mommy thought that.”

Still, Tamar thought Miss Evelyn was just trying to be discrete.

Toni later tells cameras, “I don’t know what dictionary she’s reading. I don’t know what she’s talking about.”
