Prosecutors said Hernandez shot Bradley in the face after Bradley commented on the 2012 double murder.

On Friday, the former NFL star was indicted by a grand jury in Boston on a charge of witness intimidation according to the office of Suffolk County District Attorney Daniel Conley.

"Hernandez allegedly shot him in the face on the morning of Feb. 13, 2013, and left him to die on the side of the road in Riviera Beach, Florida, after the witness made a remark about the homicides," the office of Conley said in a news release.

Conley's office did not identify Bradley, but given the facts it is clear he is the witness they're speaking of.

Plus, Bradley has sued Hernandez in Florida, but criminal charges were never initially filed since Bradley would not cooperate with authorities.

An arraignment has not yet been set for this most recent charge. The charge carries a maximum sentence of 10 years.
