Amber Portwood Engaged: 'Teen Mom OG' Co-Stars React To Fiance Matthew Baier [VIDEO]

Amber Portwood's fiancé has gotten her co-stars' seal of approval.

Weeks after the Teen Mom OG star became engaged, she and Matthew Baier traveled to New York City, where Baier was introduced to her co-stars, including Farrah Abraham, Catelynn Lowell and Maci Bookout.

“It went great,” Portwood said during a Teen Mom OG: Featured Moment, via MTV News on Friday. “Everybody loved him. I know I don’t want to sound like it’s so perfect, but honestly, none of them had anything bad to say.”

Portwood began dating Baier months after she was released from prison in Nov. 2013. Prior to her relationship with Baier, Portwood had an on-again, off-again relationship with Gary Shirley, who is the father of her 6-year-old daughter, Leah.

“Even when I kind of like, pulled them to the side and was like, ’Do you think he’s cute? Do you think he’s too old? Like, tell me what do you think,’ they were like, ’No, no,'” Portwood continued. “’You guys are great together. No, we really like Matt.'”

Earlier this month, Shirley welcomed his second child, daugher Emilee, with girlfriend Kristina Anderson. So far, Portwood and Baier have no plans for children in the near-future.
