Hannibal's Dr. Lecter is not suited to the quiet life.

'Hannibal' Season 3: Promo Roundup, What Clues Have Already Been Revealed?

NBC's resident cannibal will return this June in "Antipasto," and a new plot summary proves Hannibal (Mads Mikkelsen) can't avoid the spotlight. Not a good trait for someone with Will Graham (Hugh Dancy) on their tail.

"Having successfully escaped FBI capture, Hannibal Lecter is moving through the European landscape, with Bedelia Du Maurier (Gillian Anderson) in tow," NBC teased of the season 3 premiere. "But Dr. Lecter's old habits and opulent tastes are still on display as he settles into a new identity and life in Florence, Italy, working at the Palazzo Capponi museum."

As Hanni builds up his new life, the psychiatrist will have a little help from Dr. Du Maurier. Bedelia mysteriously found herself sitting next to the notorious murderer as he fled the country in "Mizumono," and the premiere will finally give viewers a look into the reasons why.

"Glimpses into the past help inform his relationship with Bedelia, a pairing not clearly defined as friend or foe," NBC said of "Antipasto," an episode that will not feature Will Graham.

This trip down memory lane will throw Eddie Izzard and Zachary Quinto into the Mix. Izzard will reprise his role as Abel Gideon while Quinto will portray one of Du Maurier's former patients.
