According to the Belfast Telegraph on Saturday, the blonde beauty says that she sometimes wonders where she would be in life should she have better planned her personal life and career.

She said, "I tell myself I should have a strategy for life but I don't. I believe in Karma and good fortune, though. If you live life in a positive, constructive manner, good things will come your way."

Jones also says that she felt she became a better person the day she welcomed her son Xander when he was born three years ago. The actress has kept Xander's father's identity a mystery as she's been very vigilant in keeping details about her private life out of the tabloid and gossip media.

She added, "I've become a better person and becoming a mother has opened up a whole new world to me," she beamed. "I feel I've become a better friend, too. When you do a TV show for so long you live in a bubble, so I've learned to value real relationships. I've been blessed, I have no complaints really."

Jones added that she has quite a few projects lined up this year as she continues to juggle her work commitments with motherhood.

Mad Men's series finale will air on Sunday at 10 p.m. on the AMC network.
