Just when you thought they were finally getting along, things are about to get really messy between Kate Gosselin and her ex-husband, Jon. A new report says that even though Jon is only seeking full custody of his daughter Hannah, he would like to take all eight kids under his wings, but simply can't.

According to E! News on Friday, Jon nor his lawyer are giving away many details, but that doesn't take away from the speculation that things aren't looking pretty good in Kate's household.

His attorney Kristen Doleva told E! News, "Jon's priority is what is best for the kids," adding he will "fight for them," but would not comment on the situation any further.

A source did say though that, "Jon is filing for custody because Hannah has expressed she is unhappy and uncomfortable in the house with Kate Gosselin."

Unfortunately though, as Jon is doing his best to help Hannah, there's not much he can do for his other kids simply because he can't afford it.

The insider explained, "In a perfect world, Jon would take all the kids, but he's not in a position to. For now, he's at least trying to help Hannah. Out of all the children, she's the one voicing her discomfort."

The source continues, "So far, Jon has been tight-lipped about this because he's not seeking media attention. It's just about helping his daughter."
