The new episodes of Rookie Blue are getting ready to start and a new trailer shows Dov’s connection with someone who could really explode and stir up drama with his Division 15 officers.

 ‘Rookie Blue’ Officers Haven’t Seen End Of Explosion Drama, Deals ‘With Their Own People’

Dov (played by Gregory Smith) starts working with none other than Marlo in the Intelligence division. (She is currently pregnant with her ex Sam’s child. It’s a pretty complicated situation considering Sam is dating Andy)

Smith told Canada’s Entertainment Tonight, “There’s a nice kind of friendship that builds up between Dov and Marlo. He’s kind of there for her during her pregnancy.”

Marlo wasn’t the only thing Dov has to get used to. He enjoys working in Intelligence but it definitely wasn’t a part of his life plan.

“Coming to terms with that is a challenge.”

As for his former relationship with Chloe, they have called it quits for good.

“There’s a lot of romance between Dov and his desk. But not much between Dov and Chloe.”

Actress Priscilla Faia, who portrays Chloe, said her character is going through a difficult time being apart from Dov.

“She’s decided this sucks. How do I go forward from here?”

She does eventually move on and takes cues from Dov and gets close to an unexpected person—Duncan.
