Bieber has added something new to his growing collection of tattoos.

Bieber released an image of his latest ink job with the caption "Befo the paps get me," on Instagram on Oct. 28

He shared the image of his arm with an image of an owl illustrated and perched on top of a branch to his 3.6 million followers. It is located on his forearm, right beside his "Believe" tattoo.

The tattoo is Bieber's eighth in total, and the sixth he got this year. Last January, the "Boyfriend" singer revealed a giant tattoo of Jesus' face on his left calf during a trip to the beach. And earlier this summer, he got the Japanese symbol for "music" tattooed on his right arm. In September, Bieber tweeted a photo of a crown tattoo, which sits on the right side of his chest, just below his shoulder. The 18-year-old singer got his first tattoo on his 16th Birthday back in March of 2010, which was a small outline of a bird on his left hip.

The 18-year-old was referring to paparazzi, when he wrote "Befo the paps get me" when he debuted the owl tattoo on Sunday. Translation: I want to share the image with my fans personally before the paparazzi does.

Bieber opened up to Oprah Winfrey for an upcoming interview about other strategies he has to take to avoid paparazzi for an upcoming episode of "Oprah's Next Chapter."

"Sometimes... sometimes we gotta to take the back exits and do different things, but I never make [Selena] separate from me because I don't want her to ever feel like I'm ashamed of her. Because I feel like a lot of guys do that, especially in the business," he said. "They don't want to be seen with the girl, so they'll make them ride in separate cars. They'll do that 'get away' stuff. [Selena and I] get away where ... you know ... getting away together."

Bieber's full-length episode on Oprah's Next Chapter" airson Nov. 25 on the OWN network.
