In an interview with Shape, the "Something in the Water" star opened up on how she kept up with her work-outs while she was pregnant.

"It's important for me to stay active just because it makes me feel good," she said. "Throughout my day if I can get a little workout in and kind of get my blood pumping and stuff like that, it just makes my whole day feel better."

Underwood takes on a variety of physical activities, including boxing, running, hiking and having someone teach her new things.

"I love finding classes here and there that there's somebody else teaching me things that I can take home and do my own workouts when I'm by myself," she said.
