Is it just us, or are the ladies of the Real Housewives of Orange County looking incredible these days? Heather Dubrow recently shared a photo of her alongside Tamra Barney Judge, Shannon Beador and a now very thin Vicki Gunvalson at the NBC Upfronts last week.

Dubrow captioned the Instagram photo with, "Love this picture from the #NBCUupfronts ! Yes, Vicki and I are wearing the same dress ! Tamra almost did too! #GOODTASTE #RHOC #BOTCHED @tamrajudge @shannonbeador @vickigunvalson."

Many of Dubrow's followers commented on the photo and Gunvalson's visual weight loss with, "Everyone looks so fit and fab. Vicki you look amazing in that dress," along with, "Wow, Vicki has never looked better."

And even with the positive comments, there were a few critics who suggested that Gunvalson might have had a surgical procedure done.

A few wrote, "Vicki needs @drdubrow to work on her turkey neck. She can't have her face pulled tight and leave that neck hanging out," and "Either Vicki had work done to her face or she is about to explode from holding in her stomach."

So far, Gunvalson has not commented on any of the allegations.

The Real Housewives of Orange County is set to return to the Bravo network later this summer.
