Next week, during a special episode of Watch What Happens Live, during which Bethenny Frankel takes the host seat, Cohen admits he hasn't always got it right when it comes to casting for the Real Housewives.

“I didn’t get Kim Zolciak on the initial casting of Atlanta," Cohen tells Frankel, according to a report by E! News on Wednesday. “I was like, ‘I don’t get her.’ She looked like a country star to me, she’s wearing this synthetic wig. I was like, ‘We have this white woman?’ I just didn’t get it.”

Also during the interview with Frankel, Cohen revealed he didn't want to cast Lisa Rinna on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills after watching her tape during season 1. According to Frankel, Cohen didn't think he would like Rinna, but after some conning by Frankel, agreed to hire her on the show.

Regarding her host seat takeover, Frankel told E! News, “It was so relaxed and comfortable interviewing Andy. I really wanted it to be an impromptu and natural kind of conversation and it turns out, Andy is as equally amazing as a guest as he is a host. How fun it was to be able to have an open and honest conversation with no agenda except curiosity and fun.”

Cohen and Frankel's Watch What Happens Live special airs on May 26 at 10 p.m. on Bravo.
