Production on Vanderpump Rules season four has begun.

On Thursday afternoon, Lisa Vanderpump took to Twitter, where she confirmed she and the rest of the cast had just gotten through their first day of filming.

Although the season 4 cast has yet to be announced, both Jax Taylor and Scheana Marie also spoke of the beginning of production on season 4, thus confirming they will both be included.

 

Also expected to return for season 4 are Tom Sandoval and Kristen Doute, both of whom attended the NBC Upfront last week.

As for Stassi Schroeder, she will not be back, and during a podcast earlier today, she insisted it wasn't because she was fired.

"People grow, and people change and sometimes you just kind of have to take a different path," she said. "It was my time to go. I'm not friends with the cast members. The way their lives are isn't my life, and I'm not willing to go and pretend that my life is anything otherwise, and that is literally the reason I left."

A premiere date has not yet been set for Vanderpump Rules season 4. However, if the show follows its usual production schedule, fans will be reunited with the cast sometime this fall.
