A trip in the TARDIS seems to increase its passengers libido - whether they are expecting it or not. Despite Peter Capaldi's (Twelve) statements to the contrary, showrunner Steven Moffat recently announced that Twelve still fancies Clara (Jenna Coleman).

"We're in a very different place with the Doctor and Clara in the modern series, it's been a while since I've seen the early stages of the Twelfth Doctor trying to pretend he doesn't fancy Clara - 'Oh you're ugly! Disgusting!...Stop looking so good!'" Moffat said at a New York BAFTA panel, according The Mary Sue. "In truth, in most cases with the Doctor he always loves them more than they love him. That's his story. He's always besotted with them even though he's trying to pretend that he isn't."

If truth be told, the Doctor is "besotted" with all of humanity. Unfortunately, we don't think that's quite what Moffat was trying to say. This announcement comes after Capaldi told The Sunday Times that there would be no flirting between Time Lord and companion during his tenure.
