One of the most shocking story lines on ABC’s Rookie Blue is the romance between Andy and Sam as Sam finds out his ex-girlfriend Marlo is pregnant with his child; now viewers are given a look at how Sam is told he’s going to be a father.

Marlo’s Pregnancy Could Come Between Sam & Andy

In the clip that looks like it’s near the beginning of the episode, Marlo meets Sam outside of a bar. He looks confused as to why she’s there and asks if she’s going inside. She says she’s going home and they have a little small talk before Sam tries to figure out what’s clearly bothering Marlo. He gives his thoughts as she stops him and makes it clear.

“Sam, I’m pregnant.”

He lets out a nervous laugh before she reveals she was going to keep it a secret but then found out she would serving at the precinct “a little longer” than she planned.

Sam is still speechless so Marlo continues.

“It was an accident. I’m not asking for anything from you, alright? I just thought you should know.”

Marlo set the record straight that he’s the father.

“There hasn't been anyone else…We can talk about this more tomorrow. Or never. I’m so sorry.”
She gets into the car and leaves Sam standing there.
