A source with the hit series told Confidenti@l earlier this week, “They plan to start filming in November, which means they will be putting together story lines after the summer.

"Not everyone is coming back, and it is still a big question mark as to what they will do with the problem known as Teresa.”

Giudice, who started her fraud sentence back on Jan. 5, will be released just in time for the holidays. Still, she will be subject to house arrest until February. Her husband, Joe, will begin his 18-month sentence after Teresa is home. In the meantime, they’ve been communicating via 10 minute phone calls very day and emails. The couple’s daughters, 14-year-old Gia, Gabriella, 10; Miliana, 8, and five-year-old Audriana were able to see her Mother’s Day.

Teresa will definitely have a storyline when she is out of jail and the special people in her life will most likely be a part of it.

The insider continued and said, “They want to make sure the cast is full of people connected to Teresa. Her relatives and her once-best-friend, Jacqueline, will help them tell the story of Teresa’s time away, and return home, without looking like Bravo is making light of her crime. It will be more focused on family.”

Teresa brought in her 43rd birthday behind bars at the Federal Correctional Institution in Danbury, Conn. She and Joe pleaded guilty to several serious fraud charges last year like bankruptcy fraud and loan fraud.
