One of the big twists at the end of season 3 of Arrow was when Malcolm Merlyn (John Barrowman) took on the role of Ra's al Ghul.

In a recent press conference at Comic Con, Willa Holland addressed the possibility of her becoming the heir to Ra's al Ghul's empire. The actress was taken by surprise when asked that question. "I actually never even thought about that! Woah! Bomb dropped," she said.

Holland is obviously clueless to the possibility and added that she was more preoccupied with the recent jolt her character has suffered and trying to overcome that.

"Who knows?" she said, "All I know is that Thea is trying to figure out what's happening to her or not happening to her since she has been resurrected from the Lazarus pit."

Although the actress did admit that it was very cool to be playing the daughter of the big baddie now. She also spoke about how much fun it was having Barrowman on set, as he changed the energy both on-camera and behind-the-scenes.

"John is probably my favorite, but he is probably the crew's least favorite, because then they'll get the least amount of work done," she laughed. "Yeah, but it's a whirlwind having him on set, it's the best."

The announcement of Arrow's renewal for a fourth season was made earlier this month.

The finale of season 3, entitled 'My Name is Oliver Queen,' of Arrow aired on May 13 on The CW.
