Fans of ABC’s Rookie Blue now know what Andy’s first reaction was after finding out her boyfriend Sam, is expecting a baby with his ex-girlfriend Marlo.

In a clip of the season 6 opener set to air next month, Sam has to tell Andy the shocking news. Andy is stressed about a case gone wrong while Sam is clearly distracted by what he is about to drop on her.

“It’s better to know the truth, right?” he asked. “No matter how bad it is? That’s what you think? What you believe?”

Nick’s New Girlfriend Might Be Nothing But Trouble

Andy finally asked him what he was talking about and he said, “It’s about Marlo…She’s pregnant.”

Andy asked who the father is and while Sam didn’t come out and say it was him directly, he went on and added that she is four months along before apologizing to Andy.

“I only heard about it last night. I was on my way over to tell you….” he said. But while they were on the phone Andy was attacked by an intruder, so that kind of distracted him from breaking the news.

Andy then gets out of the car and told Sam, “I just need a second…Or a day…Or…”

She stormed out despite Sam pleading with her not to leave.

The couple had come to a good place after going back-and-forth with their romance last season. But Marlo arrived and it looks like she’s at Division 15 to stay.
